PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WORK SURVEILLANCE
Depending on the work progress, budgets and key stages of construction, we carry out site inspections. We subsequently issue a follow-up report with photos. A constant interaction between the client and the contractors is maintained all along the project.
PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION
If our partners do no wish to have a complete set of detailed plans and specifications prepared, we can produce the performance specification which will enable contractors and managers to finalize specific project details. As a result, the performance specification ensures a solid foundation to comply with the conformity and the quality, and all other partners in the project can propose detailed solutions. We then accompany our partners through the evaluation of the proposed solutions and provide advice about the ins and outs of each solution to ensure they make the most informed decision possible.
FEASIBILITY STUDY
In the preliminary design phase, we can accompany architects, owners and property managers in the development of concepts and budgets. Thus, even before preparing a complete set of plans and specifications, engineering fees can be limited while having the support of qualified engineers in the field.
BUDGET ESTIMATE
In the development phase of the concept, we implement a detailed budget estimate for each discipline. All along the progress of plans, the estimates are updated and adjusted.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
When an expertise is requested, a complete, structured and substantial report is produced. This report will then be signed and sealed by a building engineer. We cover several fields of expertise such as legal proceedings, comfort problems and the evaluation of the physical conditions of mechanical and electrical components, or any other component.
